The Recruitopia Platform is currently best suited for individuals with 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition. This will help prepare you for the expectations and skill set required to not only source but also properly screen and work with candidates to find the best jobs for them. Without this experience, the Recruitopia platform can be a frustrating experience because it will take much longer to find hires and success.

Recruitopia Platform may not be a good fit if you're looking for someone to teach you how to be a recruiter, but many platforms and resources are available to help you get started.

You can sign up as a recruiter if you are:

• a Freelance Recruiter

  • You work at least 8 hours a week as a self-employed recruiter.

  • You have at least 2 years of recent, full-cycle, professional recruiting experience, with prior experience in a Recruitment Agency.

  • Let us assist you with sales and business so you can spend more time working with candidates and doing what you do best.

• a Part-Timer

  • You work as an in-house recruiter and are actively sourcing/ headhunting for candidates.

  • You are able to commit at least 10+ hours per week to sourcing candidates with us.

  • Earn extra income by utilising your talent, skills and knowledge!

• a Side-Giger

  • You are a working adult with at least 2 years of recruitment experience.

  • You want to have control over when and how much you work. Choose projects that interest you and will help you grow.
