What is my role as a recruiter at Recruitopia?

You are required to have screened or phone interviewed a potential candidate and secure their consent and interest before presenting his/her resume. When you submit the candidate's resume, you will need to indicate a summary of the candidate's profile and at least 3 reasons why the candidate is good for the position.
