Candidates are identified as duplicates only if they apply for or agree to be referred to the employer's hiring position before Recruitopia sends candidate profiles to the Client and only if they have applied for or agreed to be referred to the employer's hiring position within the previous 12 months. When reporting candidate duplicates, the employer must provide Recruitopia with the source and time of having candidates in their database, as well as the image.
For referred candidates, what if the employer reports that the candidate already exists?
