We ask that before you refer any candidates to the Recruitopia Platform for a role, you have a direct phone conversation with them to verify their qualifications and interest. This helps ensure a higher chance of their and your success in getting hired for a role.

Users who repeatedly refer candidates who have not been pre-screened with unfortunately be removed from the Recruitopia Platform.
